Mutton Fat Jade (Sillimanite)
Fraser River Mutton Fat Jade is a creamy white “Jade” usually with green or blue inclusions. It is very tough like jade although technically not a true jade it fall within the jade family because of its toughness, hardness, translucency and ability to be carved. It is technically a mineral called Sillimanite.
